Served with a rustic salad of arugula and chaya, superfood from the Yucatan, wild Porcini mushrooms and a touch of white truffle oil.
For garnish we have a manchego cheese from Leaf, parsley leaves and lemon zest, giving this plate the perfect blend of rich and tangy.
