SPECIAL GUEST:

RODRIGO SALLARDO

Step into a world where traditions blend, where spirits gather, and where conscious consumption takes the lead.

Join us for a Day of the Dead 4-course dinner, a culinary journey like no other, where ancient wisdom meets modern gastronomy.
Where food will weave a thread through dimensions of flavors and textures.

Your senses will dance and your spirit soar as we celebrate life,
death, and the magic that lies in between.

Where indigenous elders open you to new realms and the wheel of fortune,
the hanged man and death are your guides.

Where the history of this land is honored and secrets of the past, present,
and future unveiled, guiding your evening's experience.
We will open the space with the older, Lalo de la Garza, of the Purepecha tradition to invoke the spirits and invite our passed loved ones to bless our food. We will be joined by legendary musician Rodrigo Gallardo who will be playing music later in the evening
